You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your product if any of the following apply:

You received the wrong item

The size or color is completely different from what was ordered

We do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper washing

Items that have been used or washed

Color variations due to screen/display differences

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

You must provide unboxing video or image proof (in case of damage or wrong item)

Message us on our Facebook Page or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery

Share your order ID and a photo/video of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange or refund as per our policy

Refunds are processed through bKash or Bank Transfer (within 3–7 working days)

If it’s a replacement, we’ll ship your correct item at no extra cost

Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
